Can I create a promo code of 100%?
It is possible to reduce the order price to zero on Tilda. You can create a promo code with a discount of 100%, however, it will not work with payment services. Tilda cannot send the zero price to a connected payment system, there will be an error, and the lead will not be sent to the connected receivers. To avoid this limitation, connect the "Cash on delivery" payment system for such a promo code separately. It can be connected in the Site Settings → Payment Systems.
In the "Title type of payments" field, specify that this option should be selected if a buyer has a 100% discount promo code.
